Coverage & Plans
What’s covered under my U.S. Legal Services plan?
Coverage depends on the plan you have, but all include consultations and 100% attorney fee coverage for covered matters. Common services include family law, real estate, identity theft, wills, and traffic violations.
Are there any deductibles or copays?
It depends on the plan you’re covered under. U.S. Legal Services pays your network attorney directly for covered services, but certain plans do include a co-pay. — no hidden fees or claim forms.
Can I choose my own attorney?
You can view available Network Attorneys through your portal, or choose an out-of-network attorney and receive reimbursement on covered matters.
Are pre-existing legal matters covered?
Pre-existing matters include a free consultation and a 33% discount off the attorney’s normal hourly rate.
